Can I cancel or change my order before shipping?
If change is requested before 10am the following day, adjustments may be made. In some cases, a credit may be offered. All sales are final. Be sure to check your order before payment.
How can I exchange or return an item?
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged products. See return and exchange policy.
OOPS! I provided the wrong address. Can I change it?
There is a $3 fee for address changes within 24 hours if the package has not been shipped.
I missed my package! Return to sender?
We will contact you to verify your address via email. Once verified, we can reship the package to you. You will be required to cover the shipping fee.
Checkpoint: We are not responsible for stolen mail.
Return & Exchange Policy
Did your product get injured in the line of duty or go MIA?
We’d be more than happy to replace it!
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the damage, picture of your damaged/missing product(s), receipt/packing slip, and the packaging within 7 days for an exchange. Once reviewed, you will receive a notice advising how to return the item(s) within 3 business days. Once received, we will ship your new item(s).
Checkpoint: Any refunds due to damaged/missing products will be processed as a store credit. Shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in credit amount. Shipping for replacement will be covered.
